Dubai, UAE – October 24, 2026: Dubai’s Museum of the Future has received more than 20,000 completed applications for its unconventional recruitment initiative, ‘Future Perfects’, within just 48 hours of its launch. The campaign’s official website has also recorded 42,000 visits, reflecting strong interest in the initiative.
Launched on October 21, the campaign aims to recruit individuals who will help deliver the Museum’s reimagined visitor experience when it reopens in 2027.
Unlike traditional recruitment processes, Future Perfects prioritises human qualities such as imagination, curiosity, emotional intelligence, warmth and adaptability over conventional career backgrounds. Applicants do not need previous museum or customer-service experience.
Azza AlNuaimi, Chief Operating Officer of the Museum of the Future, said the strong response reflects growing interest in career opportunities that recognise human potential beyond what is written on a CV.
She noted that shaping the future requires more than knowledge alone, emphasising the importance of making knowledge meaningful and accessible to others.
The Museum’s recruitment team has begun reviewing applications. Shortlisted candidates will progress through assessments and final live auditions before an expert judging panel.
Successful candidates will join the Museum’s Visitor Experience team in full-time roles, helping visitors engage with ideas related to science, technology, nature, society and the future through meaningful human interactions.
The initiative introduces a distinctive job title that places human potential at the centre of recruitment, offering opportunities to candidates whose abilities may not be reflected in conventional qualifications or professional experience.
Applications remain open until November 8, 2026, through the official website, futureperfects.ae
