GDRFA Dubai Announces Official Working Hours for Ramadan 2026

The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA Dubai) has officially announced its working hours for Ramadan 2026. Authorities stated that the revised schedule aims to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality services for residents and visitors throughout the holy month.

Customer Happiness Centers and offices located at Al Jafiliya headquarters, Al Manara Center, and Al Twar Center will operate daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On Fridays, working hours will be from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

Airport services at Terminal 3 Customer Happiness Center will continue to operate 24 hours a day. Smart services remain fully accessible through the GDRFA DXB app, Dubai Now app, and the official website www.gdrfa.gov.ae.

Additionally, Al Aweer Customer Happiness Center will function daily from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On Fridays, it will operate from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

GDRFA Dubai also confirmed that the “Amer” call center will be available 24/7 at 8005111 to assist customers with inquiries. Officials emphasized their continued commitment to delivering efficient and timely services during Ramadan in line with Dubai’s government excellence goals.
