Precious metal reaches fresh high across all karats in the Emirates amid global macroeconomic developments.

ABU DHABI — Gold prices across the United Arab Emirates recorded a sharp upward surge, with 24-karat gold climbing to AED 530.25 per gram.

Gold prices in the United Arab Emirates reached new height benchmarks, driven by international bullion trends and sustained retail interest that pushed 24-karat gold to AED 530.25 per gram.

The sharp increase in bullion rates has drawn keen attention from investors and retail buyers across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the wider Gulf region. According to current UAE market updates, 22-karat gold rose to AED 491.00 per gram, while 18-karat gold traded at AED 403.50 per gram.

Jewelry retailers in major shopping centers reported steady consumer inquiries despite the price rally, as residents and visitors weighed long-term inflation hedges against short-term price adjustments. Market analysts attribute the momentum in local gold rates directly to shifting macroeconomic indicators, foreign exchange fluctuations, and movements in global spot gold prices.

The regional market response underlines gold’s enduring status as a safe-haven asset in the Middle East. Expatriate workers and domestic consumers frequently track daily price adjustments closely before committing to major purchases, remittance-linked gold investments, or seasonal buying.

Financial observers note that retail prices in the Emirates remain tightly aligned with international commodity benchmarks, ensuring that global economic shifts reflect almost instantly on local retail boards.
