The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai) has announced the fourth season of its popular Ramadan radio initiative, Khail Jawazat Dubai, aimed at strengthening direct engagement with the community.

The program will air live from Monday to Thursday between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm on Al Oula Radio 107.4, which operates under the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center. Listeners will have the opportunity to participate in daily Q&A sessions, interactive competitions, and live call-ins, with valuable prizes including weekly car giveaways.

The official announcement was made at a press conference held at the GDRFA Dubai headquarters. The event was attended by Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of GDRFA Dubai; Abdullah Bin Dalmook, CEO of Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center; Thani Al Safin, Director General and Board Member of Emaratech; and Major General Obaid Muhair Bin Suroor, Deputy Director General of GDRFA Dubai, along with representatives of sponsoring companies and media professionals.

The fourth season aligns with Dubai Government’s 2026 strategic priorities, focusing on enhancing government service quality, improving quality of life, strengthening social responsibility, and promoting Emirati national identity. Government officials and director generals will participate in live discussions addressing public concerns, digital transformation initiatives, and ways residents can easily access government services.

Officials revealed that previous seasons delivered 183 episodes and 245 hours of live broadcasting, reaching over 1.3 million listeners and featuring guests from 125 government partners. The program has become a key media platform fostering transparency and strengthening government-community relations.

“Media is a strategic partner in the development journey. Beyond delivering information, it plays a vital role in building social awareness. Through ‘Khail Jawazat Dubai,’ we aim to create transparent and sincere dialogue with the public,” said Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri.

The program is supported by major sponsors including Chalhoub Group, flydubai, dnata, Legends Motors, Al Rais Travel, and W Travels.

GDRFA Dubai emphasized that the initiative represents a successful model of media-government collaboration and is expected to further strengthen community engagement during Ramadan.
